Delivery/Shipping

We aim to process all orders within a few hours of receiving them (Mon-Fri).  All orders are shipped as standard (2-4 days) unless our 24hr/Next day delivery service has been chosen. Please note next day delivery is offered on orders placed before 12pm (Midday, Mon-Fri).  Orders placed after 12pm and on a Friday will be dispatched the next working day, provided Friday is not a Public/Bank Holiday PLEASE NOTE: With the current ongoing industrial action both here and with our worldwide suppliers, Orders may take longer than expected - potentially up to 14 days.

Only part of my order arrived/My order arrived by different couriers

Please be aware that your order has been completed but due to where specific items are stored your order may be delivered by a variety of couriers and may not arrive as one delivery ie. ordering 2 or more items may result in more than 1 delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately at present we do not offer delivery/shipping to other countries accept the UK and Ireland.  We aim to address this issue in the future.

Why can't I find a phone number for Mach Fit?

Mach Fit was built purely as an online store including all customer support. We do not have a call centre and cannot handle the high volume of incoming phone calls

My item is damaged

We try to ensure that all our products are of high quality before fulfilling your order for delivery.  Please see our refund policy to see how we can overcome this issue by either a replacement, refund or return. 

I cant see what I really want

Mach Fit is ever expanding its clothing and accessories lines as we grow.  Please return to our site to see the new ranges we have to offer.  If there is any specific feedback regarding a certain product line such as colour, sizing, flavours or anything else you may require please get in touch as we are always want to provide as much as possible for our valued customers
